Let’s discuss all the pros and cons before booking your vacation!

PRO: Traveling to many different destinations

One of the main reasons so many people decide to go on a cruise is because of all the different locations you can go to. Depending on what cruise you decide to go on, you can go to all different types of destinations. There are cruises around the world.

The main pro is that everyday you will wake up in a new place everyday. Not only are you waking up somewhere new, there is no need to worry about traveling. You will not have to worry about how you’re going to get from place to place. No worrying about making your flight or catching the train. As soon as you step on the ship, everything is taken care of.

CON: Time at a destination

One of the cons about going to many different locations is the time you get at each. You are only allowed at most a day in each location, and sometimes less than that. There is no booking an extra night or staying on a whim. You normally get a time frame at each destination, and after that time the boat will leave with or without you.

So when thinking about where you want to travel, make sure you know you will only get a short amount of time at a place!

PRO: Array of activities

When being on a cruise ship, there is an array of activities for you to do. There are normally shows, games, and activities all on the boat. Plus, when stopping at each location there are so many different things for you to do off the ship.

When planning a trip for your entire family, it is often hard to pick activities that work for everyone. That being said, a cruise ship has everything. Once you get on the ship, you can sit back and relax and let everyone do what they want.

Con: Cruises can be crowded

The issue with these big cruises is that it means big crowds. Oftentimes people are fighting to get chairs and waiting in lines all day. It can sometimes be overwhelming for that amount of people.

This can be a turn off for some people, but it also is about the convenience!
